The Quar’s Fidwog Forces Get New Plastic Specialists Set

This Quar's War from ZombieSmith and Wargames Atlantic continues to grow with even more plastic sets for this quirky skirmish wargame. Now, the Figwog are getting their Specialists, ready to take on new missions.

This set comes with enough components for you to build twelve of the new Fidwog Specialists armed with a variety of different weapons. The options within allow you to make Lancers, Miners and Marksquar so you can cover all manner of varying battlefield roles.

Miners work beneath the ground, placing charges that can then be blown up to collapse fortifications and breach enemy lines from a place of safety. If you're seeking to play out an interesting underground skirmish, how cool do you think a tunnel fight would be between various sets of specialists?

The second set of specialists is the Lancers.

The Lancers carry thrown, single-use anti-tractor explosives. You can include these soldiers in your force, rushing between trenches and out of the undergrowth to strike at tanks before they even know what has hit them. If all else fails, you could always have them run up and deliver the explosive payload in close combat. That would be one valiant Fidwog.

Last but not least, you have the Marksquar.

Marksquar are masters of precision shooting. You can use them to take potshots at officers, artillery crews, machine gunners and more. It's always good to have a sniper in your pocket.
