North Star Military Figures previewed even more of the Warriors of Athena miniatures they are going to be releasing to support the new Joseph A. McCullough skirmish game via Osprey Games. More gods and monsters are on the way.

Apollo - Warriors of Athena

Apollo // Warriors of Athena

Some more impressive gods made it into the collection, including the towering and haughty Apollo. You could imagine him peering down from on high, watching his champions messing up and really not pulling their weight.

As well as Apollo, you also have Artemis, who is getting ready to go on a hunt. She has her bow out, arrow drawn and has some deadly foe or monster in her sights. It's super cool that we're getting to see so many of the gods replicated in miniature form for this range.

Artemis - Warriors of Athena

Artemis // Warriors of Athena

The gods are slightly taller than regular mortals, measuring around 35mm to 40mm in height. This works really well, especially if you intend to use them on the battlefield in some capacity beyond Warriors of Athena, standing amongst the rank and file.

As well as the gods, we also got to see some more of the monsters that you'll be facing when you dive into the adventures of Warriors of Athena.

Fury - Warriors of Athena

Fury // Warriors of Athena

Above, you have the howling face of the Fury who is about to rip you apart for delving into her lair. You could do some really fun paint jobs on her, either going for some animated statue or a living, breathing, snake-covered killer lady!

If you're looking for a foe that could also be a friend, then there was also this ace miniature for the Sphinx revealed.

Sphinx - Warriors of Athena

Sphinx // Warriors of Athena

You have to make sure that you answer her questions and get those riddles right! I think it's great that North Star is, yet again, putting together quite the suite of monsters and more for those wanting to dive into Warriors of Athena.

Could you be tempted to try out this new game of Ancient Greek adventure?
