Thanks very much, @rasmus . Now that the 1918 Armistice content is finally complete, we’re moving back to PanzerLeader, Arab-Israeli Wars, and yes … Darkstar … via remote play with interested community members.
Watching the gameplay video has me itching to get 5 or 6 people together for an epic campaign. Glad to see that, for the most part, the rules are pick up and play. I made a rather undignified noise when it was suggested that Justin could roll his heavy cruiser.
Rules will be written down and codified for basic tactical play in the next month or so. We’ve also completed first successful experiments with on-line play (web conferencing).
It’s worth every single recommendation 🙂
Thanks very much @aurorainbag – we are getting ready to codify and publish rules for basic tactical play, and of course completing experiments for play anyone in the world via web conferencing. 😀 Still a little surprised this big, heavy, crunchy, 1980s smash-mouth game is picking up so much steam in today’s ecosystem. Seems there is still a need for games hard-core tactical wargames – in scifi as well as historical. 😀
