Enforcer JetbikesEnforcer Jetbikes

So for tonight’s assembly, I was able to get all eight of the Enforcer Jetbikes assembled. Overall, the jetbike is a great kit and is very straightforward to work with.

I think the hardest part of this kit to work with is the rider. The body leans farther forward than the head and arms would allow. I have found the easiest way to assemble the rider is to place some superglue on the shoulder joints and with the rider in the saddle, position it so the arm sits in place on the handle and then put the arm on the shoulder and let the glue cure up.

I had one issue with a missing arm for one of the riders, but that was a relatively easy fix. I was able to take an arm with a pistol from the enforcer sprue and use it instead. It’s a bit bulkier than the regular arm, but I figure I can make it a sergeant or some other differentiating idea. I’m not quite sure yet.

Overall, I really like this kit. The pieces are all easily marked and easy to identify where they go just from the picture on the box. The one tip I would give is to make sure you place the engine mount on the rear of the jetbike before gluing the two halves of the body in place. it uses a T-joint to attach to the rear of the bike and if you glue it together first you’re going to be cursing as you either cut the T off or tear the bike apart in order to get it in.
