About the Project

Greetings all, cheers for having a look at my project! I'm back from Uni over the summer, so i've decided to devote the next few Months of hobbying towards the completion on my French (With a host of Swiss allies) 15th Century force. I'll try and update as often as I can, but for now I should probably get back to it! Happy Hobbying! Adam

A unit of Gallowglass mercenaries sporting their washer bases. Although historically the idea of Gaelic mercenaries in a French and Swiss force is a tad sketchy, these lads did fight over the continent...and who can resist such excellent Perry sculpts? Also the armies 'mascot' has made an appearance as can be seen. This again is an interesting phenomenon, there are contemporary accounts of bears acting almost as mascots in front of troops from Berne. Whether they actually were used in battle is open to debate, but there is one original manuscript showing this. i intend to use the Bear and his handler as a non participant, adding a bit of flavour to the force.
