About the Project
Bayard was a Firstborn Emperor's Champion of the Black Templars Chapter. He served in this capacity during the Ghoul Stars Crusade and the Helsreach Crusade. He met his end in the latter, being killed by orks during the Templars' last, desperate stand at the Temple of the Emperor Ascendant.

Lean mean ...... sleeping machine?
I used wraithbone for an undercoat, orruk flesh as a base and coelia greenshade. 
I feel that it give a nice shade of ork flesh

The boxBayard’s revenge was released in October 2022 as a warhammer day comomorative figure, for the 35th anniversary of warhammer 40,000. It depicts Bayard the emperors champion battling a ork warboss. ( i like to think that the orc is about to go “puny god ” like Hulk did to loki)
