Noooooow, these are the guys I was waiting the most!!!
Like the fact of the shades of grey good stuff
So..the Hex is this ‘evil’ thing that corrupts and changes and is very bad. Except, it isn’t really evil. At least not by design. It’s more like a hungry tiger that showed up in your backyard. It doesn’t ‘want’ to kill you…it just wants to eat.
Then along comes the Order…the ‘good’ guys, who have battled the ‘evil’ Hex for ages, and will deliver us from this corruption. Except, they’re not really ‘all that good’. They cause harm intentionally. It might be for the greater good of the galaxy, but it doesn’t feel right… nor good.
I love this!!! So much depth to the factions. So many stories to play out on the tabletop. This is just awesome.
Seems like Law vs Chaos rather than Good vs Evil…
The artwork has been fantastic so far.
What could go wrong with the orders plan, upon locating the hex, shards? Hmmmm.
Was not really interested in these guys before, but now I want to read more.
Shiney rocket suits
Suits and shards , the art is cool .
I wasn’t really interested in these either and I’m still not. Doesn’t sound as good as some other factions. Hex and Order out for me.
Interesting! However, they almost seem as twisted as the hex!
This sounds epic
Once again, a great video guys! Warcradle has breathed so much new life into these factions, and the cor caroli are gorgeous!
Remind a bit of the Ori from Stargate and Vorlons from Babylon 5.
I like the sculpts of these and Warrior Nation most so far.
It triggered my trekkie button for me, the Order and the Hex are similar to the Prophets and the Pah’ Wraiths of DS9 😀 .
I usually like the religious faction but this one isnt doing it for me, don’t know why but not really interested in the Order
Hadn’t heard much about this lot before as a playable faction. They look quite interesting…
Think I’ll stick with the hex
Oh man, was on the fence about this game but now I’m all in, or would be if Waylan had any stock (sobb).
love the paint job on those minis
I do like the Order – very very flavoursome
interesting theme
Different… not sure about this faction. Seems like you could make ties into Atlantian lore for more of historical tie in.
Mind blown…
Need to watch this one!! Cant wait!
“It’s like how you build a cathedral” ……….. Justin thinks ” So it would take 10 guys a couple of months” ……. running gags aside……….. I didn’t know enough about 1st edition’s “Holy Order” to know how , if at all the lore has changed but it is sounding a lot more appealling now……….
Ha, now we get to the true baddies of WWX. Chasing the poor Hex around when all it want’s to do is survive. Boooo! 😉
Wow another interesting faction. As pagan8th mention a bit reminiscent of the Vorlon from B5.
I notice they’re not the Holy Order of Men any more, just the Order. Nice to see the Cor Carolis posses coming. Shame about the loss of Spirit Aim (no LOS required) and Spirit Blades (no armor involved) and definitely miffed about portals being almost universal now, in one form or another. Certainly less distinct now as a faction. I wonder if all the changes weren’t, in part, due to some whining by the numerically superior factions.
The tank looks to much like a toy for my personal taste.
The background does however sound like it gives some nice twisted options. Especially the sub faction tasked with collecting the downed warriors sounds like a good source for scenarios.
So different themes in those factions…really great!
I cannot recall any game system that had so many, nigh all of them grab my attention and want to collect them all…..WWX is like Pokémon for the table-top, you just gotta collect them all 😀 .
Oh I can soooooo relate to this post. At the moment I m sticking with two ….but …. It’s not going to last
You know it 😀 . I have the 2 player Lawmen v Outlaws from 1st ed, I fully expect these to grow and the faction count to grow as well. I’m thinking Legendary Wyatt and Mech Morgan ( robo-dogs and robo-deputy’s aplenty ) to begin with.
Not a single boring faction in the set.
These are my choice for a 2nd faction. I really want to make a scale modelling approach to an elite corcorollie (really should have given us the spelling in the show notes) to them, with armour battered and broken, wreathing with blue flame where I would take an OSL overlay to it. I think it would be cool
I think this is the faction for me.
Those armours are just cool. Very cool faction not sure it would suit my playstyle though
This is a faction I would love to read more about how they effect the world but I am not sure if I would play them. If I do it would be Spikers all the way. Humans for the win. No invading body snatchers.
Mmm. With this faction you turn my head sirs. It might be because I’m reading the new Dan Brown novel but the idea of religious devotees being the puppets of manipulative forces is compelling. In fact, as these factions get explained they are all pretty much humans being made puppets for higher forces – I like it. And these models look sweet.
Not sure if these guys are the faction for me, but I’ve really liked the look of everything so far.
Love wild west exodus background with every faction talk you guys have. I would probably go for the a mix of troops, i would not go to heavy on either side.
And another faction to add to the growing list of ” must collect ” for WWX. I posted elsewhere about there not being a single faction i wouldn’t have in this game and it continues to be true.
some nice ideas but these as a faction do not appeal to me, too poncy. however now ive just said that on a world wide stage just you watch these become the thorn in my side handing me my Arse at every meeting lol
Brother has a lot of version 1 stuff. The miniatures always stand out for me.
Very interesting army. Love Elite factions with small amout of models when every move counts. Plus you get to play god like creatures. Cool. Like them a lot and thats the problem with WWX. So many great factions and weeping wallet. 🙂
I like a few of the factions but never been a fan of the religious factions in many games.
Amen brother ………(Irony intended) 😉
The backstories of all the factions so far is fantastic
Another nice sounding faction
Gorgeous models.
Hope we will hear more of them!
Interesting, but not the faction for me.
Not my style, but the models look great.
Another nice set of mini`s, just not for me.
I think it’s settled. I had looked through the webstore and found that I liked the look of the Order models the most, and now, after this chat I really like the story behind the faction as well! Win-Win for me.
I like their play style more than anything. Small quantities of elite troops.
Right now they’re not for me, but I’m interested to see where the models evolve in the future
Will there be a faction I DON’t like?
Short answer is a resounding NO, I certainly haven’t seen one I don’t want to collect.
Love the cannibal guy in the end of the video! Would go with this faction just for that guy! Awesome mini!
I don’t really like these ‘good’ guys. I think I’ll still throw my lot in with the Hex.
From the bits of backstory it sounds to me like the Hex was once a part of the Order that just wanted to be free and independent, like an adolescent breaking away from its parents.
Really like the artwork for these guys.
Nice models. Compact force and tough
That Pillar of Light is pretty sweet.
Not a faction i would play but shiny syndrome figures .
you’re really not helping my ‘must not get into more games’ goal are you :/
Interesting, but not really my style. I would happily take down these guys on the table top.
I’ve been trying to resist buying into this since the temptation began at Salute this year. These videos are really making it hard not to buy 🙂
Looking forward to the new plastics for these guys!
Would you please make a faction I don’t like? Geez.
Sweet looking faction.. love the ‘steam-punk’ ish sort of feel with these guys. Lore as always is pretty cool.
cool looking faction
Not sure what to think about this one. Seems like we are getting further and further from the Wild West roots of the game.
My God the Order are a bunch of assholes! Lol!
I wonder if the person who is hosting the spirit can feel their body burning up, are they in agony until they die?
Really cool lore, again, not what I was expecting this is easily turning into one of my favourite settings, which is no small feat considering I am not keen on wild west stuff generally!
Narrowing down those faction choices. Great episodes
WOW!!!!
They look stunning!!
Love the elite style and the models look great!!
Second edition lore is really a massive improvement form first!
Still want to know what RJ10127 is though!
Interesting backstory
Sounds interesting
holy hell, an alien space tank! that think looks chunky. gather your glow-effect paintjobs people.
These guys seem like jerks..
Far more interested in this faction than I thought I would be. Good stuff!
I love these 🙂
another interesting faction
Such a cool faction
This faction rox!
Great looking sets.
Like the female centaure armor
WW Exodus is a cool game!
The Order looks great
Amazing!
I sooooo am looking forward to playing this game!
the artwork is top notch
These look great!
This looks lovely!
How ordered is The Order, actually
This looks like a great work!
Looks like a good faction
love when games have that good/bad guys zealots, I think they are great.
