Very nice, Konflikt is sculpting up nicely, pretty impressed with the stuff showcased so far. Good work on the videos Team OTT.
tasty
Models look ace!
Even the terrain looks detailed
Very tempted by this. Not just the starter, the whole game. I already have a large bolt action army of Afrika Korp and adding some elite units and advance tech.
Konflict ’47 always looked interesting. The new Starter Set looks awesome!
My dad is a historical wargamer guy (bolt action) but for me, there’s gotta be some fantastical element to get me interested. Konflikt is perhaps the perfect game for us to bond over. I’m hype
and he could use his regular bolt-action army against yours in Konflikt ’47.
He’d be missing out on the faction specific rift-tech advantages, but he would have a valid force to use.
The japan empire looks awesome
American troops. No thanks.
This looks like a lovely set. I’m a longtime Beyond the Gates of Antares player and dipped a toe into K47 a few years ago at the beginning of 1st edition. Beautiful sculpts and a really immersive theme, with a ruleset that’s quick to learn but tricky to master. Looking forward to getting my hands on a copy
It would be nice to see some Konflict 47 kits for Blood Red Skies in the future.
That would be cool!
Like everything about it. But really impressed with the individual assembly guides and the instructions for the transfers. I have a massive fear of transfers and only done them a handful of times. But a nice step by step is a nice addition.
So many conflicts. Can’t we just hug it out? 8)
I love the look of this set! I’ve only ever bought Warhammer sets, but this video has changed my mind. Looks amazing!!!
Honestly I started BA because of K47 but at the time no one in my area was playing K47. Hopefully that will change soon.
Can’t wait to try the game!
Been impressed with what I’ve seen so far for K47, a great offering and I think perfectly placed to capture gamers into something historical adjacent. The new plastics are very nice, especially the walkers though the firefly’s are a bit on the large side. Hope to see many more to come.
As a starter set I possibly would have liked to have seen a squad of regular troopers on either side though it appears with this new version of K47 that its more its own standalone thing so that wouldn’t really fit. The new ruin sprue while nice feels a bit of a missed opportunity, its very similar to the farmhouse in concept which feels dated, I think this would have been a perfect time to have tried something like Archon’s Rampart modular approach. Also the play mat, great designs, let down by the glossy finish, probably may have been worth a small bump in price to give a think card folding design (like killteam) to leave a nice impression for first timers.
I find the pricing interesting, its costlier than Bolt Action but generally cheaper that Whamster (16 fireflys vs 30 US infantry), so its clear they are after a market, I hope it works!
The new packaging designs are excellent, very modern clean and professional, and on the shelf look great!
Great looking starter box love the spider tanks 👍🕸🕷
I really like the individual build booklets – a really nice touch. Looks like a top-quality starter set.
Quite a lot in the box then, I like that a panzserbousch is a hand held weapon for the German nobs in mega-armour
K47 looks interesting, I’ve been looking to get into BA 3e but maybe K47 is the way to go.
Looking good. Tempted
Slightly disappointed that the regular units have taken a bit of a backseat ,but it all looks good
Warlord finally ran out of ruined farmhouses … 😀
Lies! don’t believe it!
Very cool starter set
I hate that my brain goblins are so programmed that when you said the paper mat size my first thought was “oh, the same as Kill Team”. Stupid brain.
A proper unboxing video that doesn’t just rush through everything in the name of content. And then you give us multiple mini Gerry Cans as well? Too kind @avernos
that’s why they keep me around
All looking very nice. Wasn’t really on my radar until they showed the new plastics off. Looking very very tempting though.
Interesting direction they’ve taken, looking for to seeing more
Looking forward to seeing the rest of the kits coming out for this – looks like a solid starter set but I want to see more of the crazy fantsy units that come into the game. Keep the videos coming guys!
Every game needs a good starter, I think having the 2 different types is a massive bonus. Having the massive set for Wargaming veterans and then a really small set for bringing new blood into the hobby is the best approach. So Warlord have absolutely smashed it with this set.
A meaty box
Quality components by the looks of things, and Quality unboxing too.
That’s a sweet looking starter!
Very nice content and the box design is definetely a step up from the bolt action ones. I’m glad to see they included terrain which is generic enough but is not a ruined farmhouse! ^^
What I would have liked is a printed playsheet on the back of the cardboard inlet.
Very cool starter set
There an index. Woop Woop! Beautiful art work.
Keep it coming can’t wait to get my gaming group into this!!!
I played Secrets of the Third Reich in the past, and this has a very similar feel. Time to get more info….
