Free League Publishing are currently taking pre-orders for their miniatures game set in the world of Mutant: Year Zero. Both the Core Set and the expansion for Zone Wars are available for you to pre-order giving you a chance to dive into some mutant-based mayhem in the Post-Apocalyptic future.

Zone Wars Core Set // Mutant: Year Zero

You take on the role of a band of Stalkers who are heading deep into the zone to fight for artefacts hidden away in the ruins of civilisation. The game has been designed by Andy Chambers who has a long history in miniature gaming and comes together as a fast and furious game of tabletop skirmishes.

Zone Wars - Core Set Contents // Mutant: Year Zero

This Core Set comes with ten 32mm miniatures representing both the Ark Mutants and the Genlab Tribe. You also get all of the cards, tokens, dice and cardboard terrain that you need to run your games. The Rulebook in the set features five scenarios for you to play through, campaign rules for continuing your games with your friends, character generation options and solo play rules if you'd prefer to go it alone in the wasteland.

If you're looking to expand your Zone Wars collection then you can already add two more factions into the game with the Robots & Psionics set.

This set requires the Core Set mentioned above gives you two new factions allowing you to dive into some four-player mayhem. The ten miniatures in the box represent the Mechatron Hive and the Nova Cult and you also get all of the cards, tokens,dice and more that you'll need for using them on the tabletop.

This set also comes with a full scenario booklet with five scenarios so you can dive into more fun games with your friends. As mentioned above, it is going to be great for those looking to play multiplayer games.
