Be Quick! Grab Goblin Menace Heroes From Tom Mason

Even Goblins can be heroes and Tom Mason is making that a reality with their latest Kickstarter, which expands the Goblin Menace collection. These new 28mm scale Fantasy miniatures will be perfect for throwing into your roleplaying games and skirmish wargames.

All of the miniatures come in lovely white metal and cover the core Dungeons & Dragons-style classes that you'd expect. You'll have Goblin Heroes representing Barbarians, Bards, Clerics, Rogues and Wizards. What's even nicer is that Mason has sculpted not just one but two versions for each class.

This is great for those seeking to mix and match within their collection and go different ways when it comes to whether you go male or female with your choice of Goblin Hero. Each of the figures has that excellent Tom Mason-style, which is comical and packed with character. They are perfect for capturing the cheeky vibe of Goblins whilst also getting across the theme behind each D&D class.

As well as the Goblin Heroes above, Tom Mason has also added a set of Special Characters into the mix. Mason is obsessed with 80s and 90s cartoons and so it won't surprise you that these heroes are based on a certain show featuring kids thrust into a Fantasy world.

All of these miniatures can be snapped up as part of the Pledge above and of course, there is also the ace free miniature in the form of the Dungeon Meister. This could be excellent for those seeking to throw some more heroes into the mix for larger campaigns, where you need lots of different heroes.

I think it would be exceptionally fun to have someone build a proper campaign around these miniatures using existing Fantasy wargaming rules like Five Leagues from the Borderlands, Frostgrave or something else entirely. Have them battling against quirky bugs and all sorts of creatures so you keep that charming, comedic vibe.
