Several Coats Later
Painting yellow over a grey primer will require multiple coats. This is after the first coat. 
I lost track of how many coats but I think this is around 4 or 5. If I were to do this again, I might’ve primed white on the front of the building and gray on the sides and back. Still, I rather like the slightly transparent look as I was going for a paint job you’d see on a boom town building, gaudy and hurriedly applied.
