Visigoth Commanders Join 1898 Miniaturas’ 28mm Range

1898 Miniaturas are working on some new figures to join their 28mm Visigoth collection. This new raft of releases will feature commanders and more infantry for creating diverse and interesting warbands.

Visigoth Command Group // 1898 Miniaturas

The Visigoth Command Group introduces a neat Champion or Bodyguard into the mix alongside two Musicians. One of them is armoured and the other unarmoured, so they match the existing range by 1898 Miniaturas. You also have a fellow who could work as a Standard Bearer, although I think that he could also feature a flagon or horn full of mead.

There are also some new options for your Infantry, now in a standing pose, which gives you some ways to add guards and simply other poses into your unit of Visigoth warriors.

Visigoth Armoured Infantry - Standing // 1898 Miniaturas

The standing poses for the new Visigoth Infantry come in two different flavours. You have the options for your warriors to be armoured and then options for you to go unarmoured if you prefer. A good way to show which of your warriors are the veterans within your warband, or the ones who had the most money.

This is another nice characterful addition to the Visigoth range by 1898 Miniaturas. You have plenty of different poses to choose from and weapon options as well. A great array of soldiers with room for spears is good, especially for your rank and file.
