FFG was great with their communication.

I wouldn’t call it communication but they sure had a very good way of letting you know what was coming or has been planned. AMG has a lot to learn in that department.

I stopped using acrylics many years ago and now use primarily water colors over white gesso, which kinda works similar to contrast paints insofar as it creates its’ own shadows and highlights, often with just 1 coat. If I want something VERY black – without any grey tones – such as a Nazgul, perhaps, I use calligraphy ink.

Regardless of whether it’s a wargame or an RPG, I would say that unless you are a magical being, you cannot dodge arrows, bullets, lightning bolts, fire balls or other fast-moving projectiles.

When it comes to how AMG will develop the game, I’ll wait a year and a half at minimum until I’ll make any judgement statement, because developing and implementing correctly takes time. Unless they botch something big time before that…
