There’s no way to have everyone make rational ratings of games regardless of release. Haters and fanboys will always tip the balancing point in relation to those who try to give an impartial critique.

I am normally more interested in reviews but with the internet being what it is today you can normally find a Let’s Play to make your own choice. Even better I can sometimes find an event the company is attending and running demos at.

OTT have given us a tool to rate games which is great but they also try to give us Let’s Play content so we can see the game for ourselves which is awesome.

I don’t think they should he held responsible for the ratings facility.

I wonder if it will have any bearing on the OTT awards this year though?
