Thanks for the reply. There are two basic types of crims in the game: Standard and Special. The Basic crims are pretty easily dealt with (they include Cheap Thugs, Pistol-Packing Hoodlums, Crooked Lawyers, etc.). The Special crims can be quite challenging (Ex-Commando, Cyborg Bully, etc.). So we already have that element. Plus, there’s a card called “Legendary Crim” that bolsters a Special crim’s stats up even further.
