@rickabod41 sounds entertaining – please be sure to drop a link in once the channel is up and running 🙂 10 points

@rayzryr yeah when the paint is drying out on the wet palette then you know you are in trouble 😛 Missed the Fireforge KS but will be all over those townsfolk packs once they hit retail. I know what you mean re the town – I have been collecting pretty much every ‘civilian’ looking mini I have come across for a few years now. Still need to see if I can pick up some of the civilian sets form Saga and Warlord… Hopefully there will be enough variety in the Fireforge plastic kit that a full town will be possible (Paying $13 for each metal mini means my town’s market day  is going to be pretty poorly attended… 😛 ). Quite liked the feel of Jessica Jones s1, was a nice change of pace to have a supervillain that wasn’t all about punching. But quite enjoying season 2. For me though it’s all about Daredevil – I’ve always liked the character and am quite enjoying this rendition of his story. 30 points for all the responses.

@oriskany coincidentally (and apologies to all for tip-toeing into a political space) there was supposed to be a private members bill introduced to federal Parliament today to seek to have Monash posthumously promoted to Field Marshal. Not sure if it was actually tabled today though…

I think my favourite story from that offensive was that he had instructed artillery to fire canisters of colored smoke onto enemy positions just prior to the assault, with the intended impact being that the troops would think it was mustard gas and panic and be too busy affixing gas masks to properly address the issue of the approaching allied forces. I’m not sure how effective this actually proved to be but it does demonstrate the creative and all-encompassing approach he took to planning the offensive. Thanks but I do feel a bit awkward about colouring the Universal carriers that brightly (I’m still not used to all the colour in 40k…). However my plan is to grubby them up and weather them down bringing them back towards a more subdued palette if I can manage it (being 3d prints means that washes may just end up highlighting the layers or ‘stepping’ in the prints so will have to rethink my usual approach…). Nice spot 🙂 The armored car at the back is an Otter Light Reconnaissance Car – it seemed appropriate for the theme of the project… 50 points for the detailed history on Monash and responses/feedback.

@querion a great start on the project, like the orange and dark green colour combination. Wow, those sculpts do look very detailed and delicate – should look great once you have a force of them together. Hope you are enjoying working on them 🙂 10 points.

@a27cromwell yes I much prefer the reverse wing design. It does sound like a particularly orky solution 🙂 And interesting reading up on your approach to kitbashing. 20 points.

@sundancer heh I started looking through your BB project post and then backed out to the parent site and panicked and closed the browser when I saw that scrabble ad again 😀 Great work on the pitch though. Nice progress on the imperials, Is Boba Fett going to be done in movie realistic colours or do you have an alternate scheme in mind? 20 points.

@mage linked for alter watching, thanks for the heads up, always do enjoy a good TED talk 🙂 10 points.
