This is great. Congratulations and I hope this endeavor is fruitful both financially (i.e. doesn’t loose money at least in the long run) and with the creation of a community. It sounds similar to the set up we have at the club I belong to (Carcosa in NY city).

I look forward to hearing more about this and a vlog of the new space when un and running.
