Not quite, I’d wait for the compilation books.
Gang Wars 1-4 contains all the rules for the gangs apart from the new Delaque Gang, however GW aren’t releasing a Gang War 5 containing the rules for the Delaque gang (so the only way to get hold of the rules for them will be to buy the compilation Gangs of the Underhive.

Which is a nasty bit of marketing to all those that bought Gang Wars 1-4 as you now have to spend £30 instead of £15 to finish off all the rules for the Gangs.
The “rules” compilation “Necromunda Rules” needs to be bought, as frankly the rules in Gang Wars 1-4 (that aren’t specific to the Gangs) were a “mess” (the proof reading was so poor they couldn’t even keep the point value for the same weapon matching on every page IN THE SAME BOOK. They also missed off rules for weapons like the chainsword for example meaning players had to ask for confirmation on which set of stats to use in game). Hopefully GW have done a better job proofreading this one and haven’t just copied and pasted from Gang Wars 1-4. I would actually hold off on this one until we have some reviews in on this book to see if they have it right this time around.

Necromunda has some GREAT miniatures for it, and I’ve really like the new look the studio have given all the old gangs. However the rules this time around were a big mess, and don’t forget you need to buy the Cards (at £9 a pop) to use the gangs fully (as the Gangs of the Underhive book will NOT contain the rules given on the cards, so again this book isn’t the complete set of rules. This was confirmed over on the Necromunda FB page).
Like I said, they slipped back into their old bad habits on the marketing on this one (strange to think they released basically a V.2.0 ruleset just after over a year since the original rules were published in the box set.
If you can obtain the old set of rules however, I’d go with that (and use the new minis), as it would be a LOT cheaper (6X£9 + £30 + £35 or £119 for the full set of “new” rules).
