12 days in to the new year and I’ve finished 12 models.  No way am I going to keep up the 1:1 but I hope to keep it close.  First up we have the Sunkeeper for Gloomhaven.  A basic paint job for a simple model from a board game:

Sunkeeper

Next we have 10 coulmns from Mythic Battles: Pantheon.  An ugly paint job but it likes fine at arms length and they are somewhere between simple terrain and oversized tokens so they don’t deserve having too much time and effort sunk in to them.  I would have preferred I’d they had come out better, but I’m not bothered enough to start again.  They’ll do.

Now we come to the main attraction, the Orc Warlord v2.0 from 3dartdigital.  I got him, the base and the tufts etc in a Monster box from Asset Drop.  He is an amazing sculpt.  He required no clean up, although I think I noticed maybe 2 small parts I didn’t see until I was near finished painting.  He comes with 2 heads and 2 weapons and enough magnets for everything.  He also came with holes for the magnets too.  An amazing kit to work with.  Heres pictures of him to show off both sets of attachments.

ORKHAM

That hammer is ridiculous.  It has to break the moment he hits anything with it.  He is also supposed to be 28mm in scale.  He’s twice the size of a space marine, toes to scalp.  I don’t think they know what 28mm scale means.
