It would be a must for it to be open to all, it is just something that is a little different from what we usually talk about here.  Helping people start something up or get experience from those that have been there before etc.  Work in the hobby, hobby to get away from work or anywhere in-between.  The more people that are part of the discussion the better.  🙂
