First question is, do you feel like you need/want to detatch. I know someone who runs a medium sized business and she’s always switched on. But she really enjoys it. Detaching is only an issue if you think you need to but can’t for example if it’s affecting home life or relationships negatively. If it’s not and you’re happy be wary of making changes because it’s a rare thing to have a job that brings you so much enjoyment you can take it home and still be happy.
