Good Morning All!

Caught up on a bit of sleep yesterday and have my painting stuff packed for a night at the pub with a few ex-military wargame buddies. Woot! I’ll also be delivering those two game boards I finished on Monday. Mice already chewed off some of the flock but the damage is cosmetic, and will only take a few minutes to fix.

It will be a late one, and I’ll be dragging myself around tomorrow again, but the weekend’s not far off.

@onlyonepinman That’s an outstanding mini. You’ve definitely sold me on the contrast paints for certain ‘bulk leather’ applications. Those Frostgrave barbarians are pretty high on my list of mini’s to buy… quite a bargain for that many PC’s! I like the glaze finish as well. It really ties the colour scheme together. Well done.

I’ve got the same painting queue problem for that game in October. All the mini’s for the Battlesystem have been painted, but some of the paint jobs are dated, and I’m debating whether to go with them the way they are, or upgrade them. Tough call, as I’m balls deep in online courses right now and still working fulltime.

@robert I can’t wait till you get paint on those nurgly things. I’m guessing you’ve got all kinds of putrid paint schemes in mind. It would be great if you could mount one of the vehicle weapons in one of those tentacles!
