Dropzone is the short answer. That is the game that brought me back to wargaming.  I am actually repurposing old epic ruins as terrain for it at the moment. And working on hosting my first ever tournament.  Sub-28mm scales are where tanks and aircraft belong and more people should join us.

 

If gw were less risk adverse Adeptus Titanicus would have been heralded as the first step towards a new epic 40k. A bunch of people I talked to were put off AT because GW said they were no not doing epic.
