I know this thread is basically dead, but I was completely stumped when I first tried this one, and remain stumped after returning to it when CogitoLudos#6 came out.

All I know is that we have to use an autokey cipher, presumably on the gobbledegook at the bottom, using a key found from the hint at the very top. However,  I have no idea where or how to find said key, and I have no idea why there are so many mentions of the Caesar cipher in this thread (although I assume the latter is due to a potential next section in the puzzle).

Any help would be awesome!
