Reply To: Winning a prize – turnaround times?

Seems to be an on running issue, I have now experianced two occasions where prizes not dispatched in a timely fashion.  My latest being from the UKGE  coverage. Either not enough time given to organise or reliance on other to fulfill your obligations.

I know that you guys care,but from here it seems a very bad show as evident I am not the only one experiancing this …….what can be done better?
