When you submit a prize claim, it logs the claim in our system called Podio, you get an invite to join that system so you can comment directly on the prize claim and let us know if there is an issue.

If you post in there the team has visibility of it and can chase things up – sending PM’s to Justin is not quite the same as none of the rest of us can see them 🙂

So looking at the podio entry I can see the partner was contacted on 27th Aug, but then that’s it, this message is the first notice I get to see that there is an issue 🙂

So the best way is to log into your prize claim and leave a message in there and we can get it chased up for you 🙂
