I restrict my social media activity as much as possible and try to avoid anything that links my real life to my on-line persona.
I also never felt the need to share every bit with people I don’t know personally.

I used to have a G+ account, but that social media site was killed by Google.
I’ve seen people try  and move to different platforms and I’ve got an account on MeWe as a result.

MeWe is like Mastodon one of the alternative social media networking sites that claim they value your privacy, although to be honest I am a bit paranoid because there simply is no way to erase any data that has been published on the internet no matter how many ‘security’ features you try to layer on top of it.

However I’ve noticed that I simply don’t have the time to maintain an active account on multiple sites, so effectively any hobby stuff is limited to OTT projects and the OTT Discord channel.

I do have LinkedIn, but it is strictly for work, although I sometimes do post kickstarter links.
