One thing that we shouldn’t forget in all of this is how Covid-19 is affecting the world at large.

I would not be surprised if limited production / logistics has had more of an effect on GW’s supply chain than they’re willing to share.

@dunham99 my local webshop did have the usual (15%) discount from RRP for GW items on this one.
I wouldn’t call it greed. The margins in this industry aren’t *that* good for stores to begin with.
I don’t blame them for taking the one chance to earn a bit extra.

Heck … I think the OTT crew  has mentioned that GW is  not exactly transparent towards their retailers when it comes to logistics & supply of anything as they never appear to indicate if anything ‘out of stock’ will ever be available again at all.

IMHO that is the real problem here. The lack of supply for a single item (which we all knew would be limited based on experience with GW) is not that much of an issue by comparison.
