The problem with Egypt is that it doesn’t really have the same legendary heroes or monsters as Norse and Greco Roman. It’s got some cool Gods but I don’t think it’s quite as rich in terms of its myths and legends.  The closest I think they get to legendary figures would be the Pharaohs.

I think perhaps looking to the far east might be a more interesting option, although while not short on legendary characters or monsters, they tend to be a little more lacking in deities. But Mythic Battles: Samurai…

Finding out probably isn’t as far off as you think though. Fairly sure they teased Ragnarok at the end of the MB:P funding campaign.

Let’s also not forget Age of Empires: Mythologies (the mythological version of the Age of Empires video game). Which has thus far been followed by Mythic Battles.
