There’s a big Bolt Action and Chain of Command community – they just aren’t interested in 20mm. It’s a bit weird but let them eat cake etc. The smaller scales (6/15/20) are popular for other eras but 28mm is just the preferred scale for WW2. I won a Flames of War two player starter and, when it eventually arrives, I’ve already talked to a friend about playing about with it as is vs basing for BA/COC.
