This is a fantastic idea. As Sundancer says ask at FLGS. I tried setting up games for our libraries but the cost of even basic infantry models just couldn’t be covered from the limited “toys + games” budget most of which gets spent on under 5s and I know of librarians elsewhere who have tried and hit similar issues/paid for everything themselves. It might be hard to find community groups/libraries/schools etc who are doing it because it is usually just one or two staff members leading in their own time but if you don’t mind doing the work, they’ll absolutely appreciate it. GW have a schools programme, it might be a long shot but asking them if there are any groups they’d suggest could also work
