@hearne yeah, I feel the same way I would much rather play with nice terrain as I think the reason we play war games with miniatures is the spectacle of it all of it all or else we should just play with cardboard counters and it would be less expensive. I have 3D printed a city for urban combat for our Alpha Strike games, one of the nice things about the small scale is that you can easily print entire buildings, I have about 30 different structures for the table and it looks pretty impressive when it is all on the table. We don’t use all the urban combat rules though as some of them are weird like the skidding rules for moving on concrete.
