And the hits just keep coming: Saw a book listing where the title didn’t match the picture, so I sent an email asking what exactly I am buying. The response: ‘Due to a heavy email load, we are unable to answer specific questions’ etc.

In other words, they’re not selling books, they’re selling UPC codes – which is how all this mess started….
