• Zombies yeah or nay?

Oh, absolutely yay! I’ve just given away a load of 28mm zombies (literally hundreds of the buggers) and re-printed myself a zombie hoard (and some survivors) at 32mm (heroic scale). I’ve decided that I don’t have time for stressing about minis that are too small. I prefer painting at the slightly larger scale, so why not? I’ve the entire back catalogue of VaultZ miniatures. • Undead busts: have you painted some? Would you like to?

No interest in busts. I did try one once. It did nothing for me. I like the stylised look of miniatures – it took me many years to stop hating on my own painting style which is kind-of a crude version of early ‘Eavy Metal, very vibrant and cartoon-y looking; it looks awful on a bust and I’m done with trying to make things look realistic!

• Are you keeping yourself hydrated?

The kettle’s on again. So, I guess so.
