I’m guessing the 10 year old might be a bit tricky.

Cyberpunk Red: Combatzone  … but that’s a kickstarter and as I backed it I iz a bit biased.
Getting the rules and minis may be a bit tricky (and expensive).

Not sure if they’re a good fit, but Osprey rules tend to be cheap-ish so always worth a gamble.
