When your shipping prices are double what they should be in the most reasonable of cases, it’s a big deal. That’s not really up for debate. But for 99% of people the best redress is taking this incident into account in the future when choosing make purchases with this company. If you can’t afford your shipping and Catalyst is threatening you with a total loss, then it makes sense to see if you can dispute the charge due to fraudulent behavior, you have nothing to lose, but I know it’s way too late for a chargeback on my credit card.
