I’d like to give a big

THANK YOU

to everyone here. Team, readers, backstabb… Backstagers 😉

Why? Because, even when I ask not-so-welcome questions (at least that is how I perceive some of them) the replies are mannered, well formulated and I have yet to get a angry rant as answer.

To me this is very special because since my early days in the internet (around 1995-ish) there were always some (you may call them trolls but trolls deserver better) people always bashing through comments, forums and chatrooms.

So thank you for keeping it civilized in its most positive meaning.

The BoW community is (slightly biased here 😉 ) the best that i know of, even beyond wargaming rare is the community which supports and encourages each other as well as we do 🙂

I belong to a couple of online wargaming and military history communities.  Yes, @warzan , I do “cheat” on you sometimes, you never put a ring on my finger.  😀   But far and away BoW has the best community when it comes to feedback, collaboration, forum interaction, ideas, agreements and disagreements, and most of all, mutual support in the hobby.  So BoW is definitely my “home” space by far.

I still remember when the community stood with @gladesrunner and I during Hurricane Irma last year.  I’m still not convinced that the combined manna of all your well-wishes didn’t actually turn that hurricane (Category Five at the time) slightly away from us at the last minute (it literally happened WHILE watching BoW during a Hobby Live Stream just before the storm hit).  I hope you all didn’t have to sacrifice TOO many chickens to make that spell work.  😮 😮 😮
