Goonhammer had a recent article about reviewing them. I think the current firstborn marines are the same as the MK IV armours with natural different helmets.

The new MK6 are significantly larger as they’re actually true scale (if you will) and the same as the new Chaos Marines.

They “dwarf” the MK3,4 and MK7 models.
