I played Dice Summoners this year at UKGE and it was great fun, really simple to pick up and play I think by turn 3 or 4 my boys and I were pretty much away and playing. It is certainly one of those games that is simple to pick up but you could tell there are much deeper levels of tactics if you want to go there.

In a nutshell, you are building up a pool of magic dice which are your resources for summoning creatures and casting spells by rolling and matching symbols against the resources needed, as the game goes on you become more and more powerful summoning bigger creatures and more devastating spells or you may choose to summon lots of small creatures and overwhelm your opponent, casting defences, curse and healing to outlast.

This is not one of those kickstarters that is busting through stretch goals and will be funded in minutes, I think this really is a case of every backer counts, so if you fancy I certainly recommend it as someone who just came across it at UKGE and had fun.
