The reason I post this in the community is because this is a Cyberpunk tale. It is firmly fixed in the anime/manga genre and has been around for quite a few years. It has a whole heap of history and story that can grow from it and if nothing else it may inspire or give new ideas to those in the community who play RPG in the cyberpunk or sci-fi worlds.

    Hope you guys enjoy

I still think, the big eyes are totally unnecessary. But could work for me.

I agree, the big eyes verge on the edge of uncanny. But since she’s the only one with anime eyes, it kinda works.

I really enjoyed the anime when I saw it a thousand years ago. This seems to be holding to the spirit of what I remember from the story.

With luck they may explain it in the storyline, possibly giving her a wider field of view to be a better combat asset or something along those lines 🙂

IIRC it was mentioned in the anime that as a robot she was built with big eyes because the buyer thought she looked cuter that way.

My recollection may be faulty it was something I watched in an entirely different century. 😉 🙂

After GitS Hollywood take I have no expectations when it comes to this movie. So far only good live action movies based on anime that I have seen were made by Japanese.

Cyberpunk tale as well as nerd culture. Its awesome. I love the look of this as well as Christoph Waltz being in it.
