So, after not painting for almost 9 months, I finished the Epic Baneblades that I started last week πŸ™‚ I think I like the results!

Really nice job on them. I did realise that my brain used the kitchen towel dimples for scale ?

Thanks! Now I’ll probably change forces – not sure I have more IG models lying around πŸ™‚

Loving your Epic Guard minis – great paintwork, far better than I used to do (one shade of military green πŸ˜€ ). Brings back many memories, we played into the hundreds of hours of Epic 40k through the 90’s.

Thanks! It’s always been my brother and mine’s go to game, and we really like the Epic Armageddon iteration of the rules, so we keep adding to the collection and painting – it’s also now the focus of our campaign setting, so I’ll probably start posting up some stuff πŸ™‚

Here we go with some more models: 3 Leman Russ Destroyers I’ve had for quite some time. These didn’t have enough room for me to splurge on inconography, so it’s a rather simple paintjob. I added a Gripping Beast Saxon for scale πŸ™‚

Ah, and I have some pictures of a game we (my brother and I) played for our ongoing campaign. Eldar vs Knights in this game.

    Eldar Force:

    GiP#1-Eldar

    Knight force:

    GiP#1-Knights

Initial deployment, with reserves still out
