Shop Out Of Stock Items

Hi, I’m trying to make a purchase in your shop but I’m hitting a problem where one of the items I want will be out of stock. I join the mail list for a notification when it comes in (great feature well implemented!) but when I then go to my basket something else is then out of stock. I cannot proceed to payment unless I update my basket to remove out of stock items. Is it possible to pay for all my items and have them shipped out when everything arrives?

Hi there,

You should be able to purchase items on backorder. Could you send a message to [email protected] listing what you are trying to purchase plus any screenshots if possible and I’ll see what could be causing your issue.
