Let me preface this by saying I am a fan of miniatures in general, and I've played tons of systems. Out of the systems I really enjoyed (X-wing, Infinity, Mordheim, Batman), Batman is the only game that I play regularly and feel like I want to play regularly. The rules are great and the game plays so cinematic. When you run Batman in your list and he sneak attacks and knocks out a goon, it feels like how Batman should feel. Or when Joker turns his henchman into living bombs and blows them up into a crowd of cops, it feels like joker. This game is the perfect balance of good rules, good writing and fun. I've met so many people who aren't really Batman fans or comic fans who have fallen in love with the game. Give the game a try, the rules are free online and if you want to get into the game, the model count is low and with the introduction of resin, its become very affordable for skirmish wargaming. For me a big part about tabletop gaming is loving the look and quality of the miniatures, and I think the detail is amazing. I can't say enough good things, but try it and see for yourself. I think the game speaks for itsself.

PS the community is sooooo good, least cancerous group I've dealt with.
