We talked with Mark from Breakthough Assault about his thoughts on what was revealed as part of the seminar today looking to the future of not just Late War Flames Of War but also Team Yankee!

There is a lot to look forward to as they explore the various factions for the game in more detail plus delve into something new for Team Yankee as it heads into the 90s AND becomes World War III.

I like the timeline of the releases. It give me time to settle into each one and test them out on the table.

Finally there are some Japanese. They´ll do late war Japanese as well, won´t they? Iwo Jima, Okinawa, Sipan, Burma and and and. Although you don´t need many tanks for this. Some nice plastic artillery would be handy (and easier to assemble; I bought metal guns for Banzai, and that was not particularly comfortable to put together.).

Will the funnies be plastic kits, or conversion sprue kits?

Interesting presentation, even with the powercut. I managed to get a few questions in, and about 50% were understood – always a bonus!

Sounds like battlefront are smashing it after a (kinda) quiet couple years. Loads of new books, unified rules and new plastic minis. Hat trick!
