I enjoy Syrinscape for the background noises of taverns, towns, and dungeons. However as a DM I rarely use the specific sound cues of spells going off or weapon attacks since I’m so busy with everything else going on.

I really like the App! If the place we played didn’t have a sound system playing Music all the time, I would totally use it all the time

Will there be a recording device as well? ´twould be nice to mix the preset factory sounds with sounds of your own, f. i. a mystic voice from the void that can utter words specified by the scenario. Also, some people have spent years producing sounds with their lips, throats, hands and what not. Now they can record them and integrate them into their games at will and without bodily injuries and mix them with background music quite comfortably. You don´t have to use Cubase for this.

Really a great idea. One of the best parts of the new Mansions of Madness app is the subtle background ambiance, VO and sound. Adds a lot of immersion and helps set the tone.
