It’s the final day here at Historicon, come and join us as we cover the final events and we may even have a sneaky round breakdown from the Firelock Games crew.

I will post “you’re welcome” messages all over this thread even though it should be me, @dignity , and @avernos – but the boys are probably suffering in terminal security right now waiting to board their flight.

Meanwhile, I’m already kicked back at the airport hotel, showered and in fresh clothes and already halfway through a very expensive room service Turkey Club sandwich (I fly out tomorrow morning)

Man, am I gonna sleep good tonight!

It looked like a Antique Christmas Decorations convention.

@oriskany @AVERNOS @DIGNITY Many thanks for the great coverage of Historicon as someone who can no longer fly the coverage has been much appreciated especially so on a weekend confined to the house with wargamer dog as its allergy season. Its bought back many a fine memory of old historical gamer friends (now no longer with us) who got me into even thinking about historical as a potential gaming option away from the glitz of warhammer fantasy and 40k.

many thanks

Sir, all wargamers are, in the end, alike. Others do not understand us. Whatever we can do to help each other or even entertain each other, no matter in how small a way, we should do.
