John's HIND Assembly!

John puts together one of the HINDS from the Soviet set letting you see how they go together. It's certainly one of the favourite Choppers from the weekend.

It's the one we sprayed gold and turned into Lloyd's Premier Chopper!

Have to agree, nice kit indeed! I’m looking forward to putting a few of these together. Would also love to see some painting tutorials on one of these at a later date.

Even if I never play a game of Team Yankee, the HIND looks like a nice model to build and paint. And I like the references I’ve seen with the blue underside and camouflage body.

I can see that’s going to take a lot of time to do, but I’m up for it.

John needs a raise for working while everyone else is getting to play!

(ok, we all realize that the whole time is working, but it sure seems like John gets shuffled off more than the rest.)

wow, that looks like a really fiddly kit to assemble, and even more so to protect. Going to have to think of storage ideas for these bad boys.
