We catch up with the American players as they talk about their experience with Choppers! It's time to wind up those Cobras and head into the danger zone...wait, no...errm...Airwolf?

“This game is fast. Everything can kill everything!” That sounds good… I love the chopper gameplay, it sounds a little like Dropzone Commander to me, and that sounds great to me. ^^

Hope in the future the US get options beyond the Vulcan. Stingers just want to hug Hinds.

Cobras are really strong…the soviets need the AA superiority or the Cobras Hunter-killer rule plus the superiority of the abrams would finish the game too fast!

Sounds like a awesome game so far with the added element of the choppers.

Makes me wonder if air assault units like in the Vietnam book would be viable here.

Love the mix of armour and air power in the game. Be great when we get artillery and special forces

loving the speed of this game and the fact that doesn’t matter too much of what you bring as it all can kill anything means no more knives to gun fights

“We’re going to talk about the best…” What is this?! Even the supposedly neutral commentator is siding with the Yankee dogs! This is unacceptable! The glorious labor of the People will not be denied in the awesome power of the Mi-24 Hind!

Comrades! Take note, the commanders of warmongering imperialists can’t even agree of proper tactical doctrine for using their inferior helicopters! Our victory is assured against the aggressors!

Nothing like chain gun to brighten your day or night sky.

Even though they have a 5+ save them having the rule where they receive concealment (and gone to ground if they haven’t shot) makes them more survivable than I originally thought they were.

Liking the way the different types of units put in that extra level of gaming down to the list building to have things to compensate for the different options your opponent could potentially take. I think it’s a good point made about the fact the the limited AA may be making the choppers seem more powerful that they may actually be

Can’t wait to see the AA options available. A note to remember you can’t spell Badass without ADA!

Think Buggeroff needs new dice.

Interesting that the tanks can’t use their main guns against choppers. That’s something we did use and were taught to use at Ft. Irwin. My tank scored two kills against visMod Hinds using its main gun and Ma-Deuce. The Hinds there rarely got in close with us because they knew we could nail them.
