I love that Games Workshop put in a full kit to get you started playing, but I think I would be most interested in the Guild Ball set. It’s a game I’ve been wanting to try but haven’t been able to pull the trigger on a starter yet.
Yeah, GW is pulling out everything. And I’m far from a GW fanboi anymore.
Got a chance to play guildball. It’s fantastic, But can’t get my buddy to play it
Seriously, play Guildball. The Guildball starter set is nice, but just trash the rule book and the cards they are season 3 and Guildball is now in season 4 (unless they updated them). The cards and rules are free online so easy enough to get a hold of.
Level 7 has always interested me in its various incarnations, but not got around to it.

I suspect that there is a limited set of tickets for these variants as well … ’cause otherwise surely everyone would pay for the mystery bag of gaming goodness.
It would be interesting to know the actual cost of the stuff at retail in these bags vs the ticket price.

Great mix of stuff in there. The games and sets are nice, but the individual models and small packs of bits and bobs are just as interesting.
Swag bag is always fantastic for this con, someday I hope to go. I would love to have the farmers guild for guildball. Models are fantastic.

Lots of getting started, something that has been more common over the last few years, and a great idea.
I wonder if anyone orders their Premium or VIG pass, turns up to collect their swag and simply heads home!?!
