I just picked up the Warmachine video game from a bundle. How does it compare to the minis game? I recall the video game was supposed to be close to the minis game, but I don’t know if it ended up being so.

It’s fairly close.
I play both, the biggest difference is the troops. On the tabletop, troops are single wound models made up into units. In the video game the troops have multiple wounds. To save on having to move so many around.
Other then that it’s pretty much spot on.

if you see gators or cygnar hell any warmahordes armies painted differently from their standard colours i would love to see pictures currently looking for inspiration with my own force.
